Please note that this September 16th 2012 Event is a one-day event. As such, we have not made any arrangements with the hotel for discounted room rates as of yet. We anticipate that only a small percentage of people attending this event will stay in the area over night. If you intend to spend the night in the area please let us know. If the demand is there, we will inquire about a discount rate with the hotel. For this September 16th 2012 event, we are located within the back half of the main ballroom of the Hilton Ontario Airport Hotel. The entrance for attendees is located through the main entrance and behind the bar on the right. Also note that the Hilton charges for overnight parking within their specific lot. They will not charge for short term parking during the day. Free parking is located outside the hotel parking lot along the side street, but please note some nearby business lots do not allow public parking. Vendors may find parking within the Hotel lot to be very convenient.

The Hilton Ontario Airport is located in one of the safest areas in the Inland Empire, between the Ontario Mills Mall and the Ontario International Airport. For other accomodations, we would recommend staying within the geographic area located north of the 10 freeway, west of the 15 freeway and east of Vineyard street.

For those of you flying into the Ontario International Airport, the Hilton Ontario Airport Hotel has a complimentary 24 hour hotel shuttle. There are also taxi cab rides available to the hotel and they typically cost around $10 one way from the Ontario International Airport.
