Thanks to everyone who braved the cold and attended the first annual MAC Chicago show. Many of our attendees drove 5 to 6 hours to attend and they also visited numerous stores in Chicago the day of the event. Now MAC got the short end of the stick with regards to scheduling in 2018, but we start things off next year on March 2019. A year that will be the biggest reef show year in Chicago history ! The Coral Farmers MarketSM company is bringing a new coral show to the Chicago Midwestern region. The Midwest Aquatic Convention spans two days from Saturday November 10th to Sunday November 11th in centrally located Naperville Illinois. Just west of Chicago. Both days are distinct and have 3 different types of events. A Speaker Saturday includes speakers, panels, workshops and seminars. There are 5 main speaker presentations, a Q and A Panel, 3 concurrent seminars and one concurrent workshop available. Please note that we will not be recording these presentations. Saturday night there is a VIP Coral Room where vendors traveling far will be offering first picks to Midwestern Coral buyers. This is followed by Vendor Hall Sunday. There are 44 vendor booths in the hall that will contain vendors ranging from coral sellers, fish hatcheries, product manufacturers and product resellers. We also have 5 speakers talking Sunday. Admission is free with a $5 general admission ticket. A raffle also occurs at 3:30 PM on Sunday. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket purchasing link below. The CFM is working with Chicago based Elegant Corals who will be providing show logistics and show labor. Coral sellers can inquire about a booth for our
